Legal Experience
Both Rick and Tom have broad-based litigation experience. As a former prosecutor, private litigation attorney and criminal defense attorney, Rick has personally litigated over 45 civil and criminal trials to jury verdict in both state and federal court. For his extensive experience, Rick has been selected to serve as an instructor with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), teaching other lawyers litigation practice and techniques.
Tom has over 17 years of broad-based litigation and transactional experience representing small- and medium-sized businesses, companies and corporations. Tom has handled numerous commercial litigation matters, including business litigation, corporate organization, business break-ups and business dissolution, shareholder disputes, franchise litigation, business sales, business mergers, business finance, business restructuring and restructuring finance matters.
