Franchise Law
Tom is involved in all areas of franchise law and franchisor and franchisee legal issues, including licensing, registration and franchise litigation. Tom has assisted franchisors in all phases of franchise law, including franchise formation, franchise start ups, franchise registration, franchise contract negotiation, franchise agreements and franchise disclosure documents. In addition, Tom represents both franchisors and franchisees in franchise litigation and related business litigation and commercial litigation.
